One day trip

Calgary to Lake Louise/Banff

Extend your time in Alberta with a special one-day trip following PCIC 2026.
Join fellow participants for a refreshing and memorable day of sightseeing, fellowship, and relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of Calgary and nearby attractions.

Transportation will be arranged in a 24 or 32 seater bus.
Guests should arrange their own food and personal expenses.

The rate includes driver, vehicle and fuel. Usage up to 10 hours from first pickup to last drop off.

PCIC Calgary 2026 – Acknowledgment & Terms

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability

  • I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my own safety and the safety of my family members while attending the Event.

  • I am solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate medical, travel, and liability insurance for myself and my family.

  • I release, waive, and hold harmless the PCIC National Executives, Local Committee, volunteers, staff, vendors, and all other attendees (collectively, the “Organizers”) from any and all liability, claims, losses, or damages arising from accidents, illness, injury, theft, or other incidents occurring during the Event, whether inside or outside the venue.

  • I further agree that I, and any minors or family members under my care, will be fully responsible for any damage caused to the hotel, convention center, or any third-party property, and I agree to indemnify and reimburse the Organizers for any such costs.


2. Accommodation & Meals

  • Participants are responsible to make their own accommodation arrangements with the hotel with a discounted rate and make the payment directly to the hotel, if they prefer to stay in the same hotel.

  • Meals can be arranged in the Conference site for the participants who would like to purchase the Food coupons with us and make the payment via Interac E-Transfer by July 31, 2026, for the meals from Thursday, Aug 13, 2026 (evening) through Sunday, Aug 16, 2026 (noon).

  • Meals begin with dinner on Aug 13th and include three (3) meals per day per guest based on a 24-hour stay with Afternoon breaks on Aug 14th & Aug 15th and end with lunch on Aug 16th after the Sunday service.

  • Maximum occupancy is four (4) guests per room, hotel may charge for any additional guests.

  • One King size bedroom & Double Queen size bedrooms are available for guests to choose.

  • Room type and assignment are subject to availability and may be adjusted at the discretion of the hotel.


3. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is FREE for all to attend the conference.

  • Advance Food Registration Booking and Payment is only required to participants who would like to purchase Food coupons.

  • Payment deadlines must be met to secure the Food Coupons and One Day Trip from Calgary to Banff/Lake Louise.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All payments become non-refundable after July31, 2026 for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, or change of plans.

  • No credits, rollovers, or substitutions will be provided.


5. Booths, Stalls, and Exhibitors

  • The PCIC Executive Committee reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to add, modify, enhance, suspend, or remove any booth, stall, exhibitor guideline, or policy at any time without prior notice.

  • The Organizers also reserve the right to deny or revoke booth privileges if the exhibitor violates any rules or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

  • Booth approval and allocation are at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

  • Applicants are encouraged to submit their requests through the PCIC website/email, with the understanding that all final decisions will be made by the Executive Committee.


6. Event Rules & Modifications

  • The PCIC Executive Committee retains the full authority to add, amend, or remove any rules, regulations, guidelines, or Event-related policies at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued participation after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


7. Communication Consent

  • By submitting this registration, I consent to receive Event-related communications, including but not limited to text messages, emails, and notifications, regarding registration status, event updates, and other official matters.


8. Binding Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance.
